Our property operates from June 1st to Oct 15.
ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES
CHECK-IN (ARRIVAL) TIME: 13.30pm.
CHECK-OUT (DEPARTURE) TIME: 11.30am.
For arrivals or departures before 08.00 and after 22.00, please inform us in advance.
Upon arrival to our hotel, clients are allowed to check-in after 13.30pm. Check-in prior to this time is allowed, provided that the reserved room is available. On the day of departure check–out time is by 11.30am the latest. Any luggage can be stored for later collection if this is required.
If our guests wish to extend their stay until 18.00pm, they will be charged half the daily rate, provided of course that it is still available. If guests decide to stay after 18.00pm, they will be charged an overnight stay.
BOOKING AND CANCELLATION
A deposit of 30% is required for all bookings.
Deposit may vary for reservations where offers or special conditions apply.
Reservations can be made online on our online reservation system.
The following cards are accepted: Master Card, Visa Card.
Reservations can be made through Bank wire transfer to our bank account.
Reservations will only be guaranteed by the hotel, once payment has been verified and upon receiving the guest’s bank transaction receipt by fax/e-mail in 7 working days after the reservation request at the latest.
Deposit is non refundable during the release period of 21 days.
Non-Show: Cancellation policy applies 100% of the total booking will be forfeited.
Early departure: 100% of remaining nights.
NON REFUNDABLE OFFERS
The total price of the reservation may be charged anytime after booking.
Please note, if cancelled, modified or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Rallis Apartments reserves the right to alter or amend rates and rate periods and the terms and conditions at any time.
CHILDREN AND EXTRA BED POLICY
One child under 2 years stays free of charge in a child’s cot/crib.
One child from 3 to 5 years stays free of charge when using existing beds.
One older child or adult is charged EUR 20 per person per night in an extra bed.
The maximum capacity of extra beds/children’s cots permitted in a room is 1.
Any baby cot is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
The Hotel does not accept responsibility for damage to, or for theft from, or for theft of client’s vehicles parked in front of Hotel premises.
The Hotel reserves the right to judge acceptable levels of noise or behaviour of Clients, guests or representatives, who must take all steps for corrective action as requested by the Hotel. In the event of failure to comply with management requests, the Hotel may terminate the booking or stop any event immediately without being liable for any refund or compensation.
Pets are not allowed.
Clients are responsible for any damage caused to the allocated rooms, furnishings, utensils and equipment in them by any act, omission, default or neglect of the Clients or their guests and will pay to the Hotel on demand the amount required to make good or remedy any such damage.
